• Cikcilli is a new residential region of Alanya. It is located parallel to the Oba region, above the bypass road, towards the mountains. This is the area with high-rise buildings, an abundance of greenery and orange groves.

  The Cikcilli region is located in 3 km from the center of Alanya, and 30 km  from the Gazipaşa airport. This area is located a bit far from the Mediterranean Sea, but in close proximity to the Taurus Mountains, that there is clean air and a lot of greenery, during the summer it is usually not so hot in this part of Alanya.

  The construction development of the region with residential complexes has began quite recently, as a result of the active development of Alanya and its individual areas in general. The real estate market in Cikcilli is diverse, there are apartments, villas and studios. High-rise buildings construction is allowed in the area, which means that there are both low-rise and high-rise residential complexes, most of which have excellent hotel-like infrastructure. A distinctive feature of the area is the absence of hotels, noisy bars and nightclubs. Cikcilli is the residential area, loved by Europeans and chosen for seasonal vacations or permanent residence.

  The infrastructure of the area is well developed. Its favorable location, the proximity to the Oba region and the center of Alanya create all conditions for a full and comfortable life. The largest supermarkets and shopping centers of Alanya, such as Alanyum, Metro, Koçtaş, Migros and others, are nearby. On Saturdays the region hosts a farmers market with the freshest farm products.

  Cikcilli is located in approximately 1 km from the coastline, the area does not have its own beaches. The nearest ones are the beaches of the Oba region. The walk to the coastline will take you about 15 minutes.

  The Cikcilli region is a perfect place for those who prefer to live among nature, surrounded by the emerald Taurus Mountains, with a wonderful climate, well developed infrastructure and almost in the center of the district.
