The President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced another curfew due to the coronavirus pandemic, which gonna happen at the end of Ramadan from May 23 to 26. The President assured citizens that the health care system is coping with the load, but asked the country's residents to take precautionary measures to avoid a deterioration of the situation.
The elderly will be able to go outside from May 24, but in the period from 14.00 to 20.00. Kindergartens will be opened in June and the new school year will begin in September. The President also announced the opening of mosques on May 29, in line with all sanitary standards.
Let us recall that Alanya was able to return to normal life – shopping centers, cafes and restaurants, hairdressers and beauty salons are opened. Domestic tourism is planned to start on May 28, and foreign tourists are expected in June. Citizens who have a residence permit in Turkey will be able to come first.
